Plimpplamppletteren

This word mentioned in the book "Tingo" by Adam Jacot de Boinod (2005) seems to be a hoax:
It doesn't appear in the Van Dale lexicon, which is the official dictionary of the Dutch language.
It isn't common knowledge by speaking Dutch either.
In "Tingo" it is said to be the Dutch word for skimming stones, but
skimming stones is generally called "keilen" in Dutch. Stones that are used for skimming are called "keilstenen".
